The staff was very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch
Toilery reposition was poor. Housing service was limited.
It was 2 minutes from MIT. Very close to Kendall Subway station. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel ambience was good.
The cozy atmosphere of the hotel made my business trip seem like a vacation. Great tub, cute room and fabulous overall location.
The main reason I chose the hotel was i've always been curious about it. Being an old fire house and all. It had a history and I simply love the decor throughout the hotel not just the rooms. The beds were just extraordinary. Made me feel like I was the character in the princess and the pea.
We had a great time in The Kendall Hotel, especially for its Jacuzzi bath. Because we stayed there after a long drive from tanglewood, so we could be relax with the bath. Also, the staffs are very kind. We enjoyed good seafoods at the restraunt they told to us.
The staff was very friendly. Excellent good quality hot breakfast in the morning. Located right on the subway system so convenient to all of Boston. Loved the different and interesting decor. Will stay again.
No complaints except the underground parking was $20 a day and very difficult to get into. If we had a larger vehicle we couldn't have parked there. It took us about 15 minutes to get the car in the first night because the lot was almost full and the spaces were too small and too close together. Next time we know we don't need a car.
The ambience, colors, bathroom with relaxing sauna and whirlpool, fireplace, comfortable bed, cleanliness. I picked my daughter up from Harvard and wanted to celebrate her achievement. The room made that day one to remember. I hope that I have an opportunity to return to the Kendall Hotel, however, if not I will advertise by word of mouth. Thanks much
Great location that was convenient to anywhere you wanted to go in Boston or Cambridge. It felt like coming home at the end of the day because it is small and very homey. Loved the deco of the rooms and lobby. Delicious free breakfast. Easy to drive to. I love to run and it is accessible to a scenic 10 mile loop next to the Charles River on Boston side then back on Cambridge side. Lots of runners use that route.
Charming, friendly, perfect location near the "T".
Excellent rooms (very comfortable), great breakfast, nice decor, right next to Kendall T station
Beautifully furnished and decorated spacious rooms and facilities. Luxurious bathroom. Excellent breakfast included. Wine hour on the roof. Good location. Nice outdoor area for eating. Good restaurant!
Rooms are rather dark and windows have too many curtains and blinds.
The decor was very unique and charming. The service was great. Perfect area for the summer.
The lobby and breakfast seating area are very small so I think during the busier seasons I may avoid the hotel. Also since it is so close to MIT, I might also avoid it during the school year.
Inside mit, one station to Harvord and Charles river, the location is excellent. Hotel decoration and furniture is also romantic and ancient feeling.
The reception lady is not always responsive. But the Madam in breakfast is shinny and friendly.
Hot meal breakfast was good, especially home made bread. And it was kind service too. Location is pretty good because of mit.
Internet WiFi was little bit poor access because of 6th floor stay.
